Product Support
A conversion failed, a file would not open, or you ran into a bug. Include the source format, target format, browser, and operating system if you can — it makes diagnosis much faster.
Email us about product support →Bug Reports & Feature Requests
Found something broken or have an idea for a new converter, batch tool, or guide? We read every report. Screenshots and a short description of what you expected vs. what happened help us prioritize.
Email us about bug reports & feature requests →Press & Media
Writing about browser-based image processing, image format trends, or independent web tools? We are happy to provide quotes, screenshots, and technical background. Please mention your outlet and deadline.
Email us about press & media →Partnerships & Integrations

Response Time
We aim to reply to every email within two business days. Support requests with reproducible steps are answered fastest.
Privacy
We never ask you to share the original image you were converting — we will not be able to debug it without uploading, which would defeat the entire point of the product. Describe the issue instead.
Where We Are
